Join Master Beveler Kent Lauer in this brand new one day class creating beautiful faceted dichroic glass pendants! This very hands-on class will cover all aspects of creating these pendants, from cutting 1/4” glass with a diamond ringsaw, to
laminating and beveling. A thin layer of dichroic glass will be laminated between two pieces of Starfire glass, then ground and polished into an incredible jewel. No glass cutting experience required. Class size is limited to six students
to ensure individual attention, and each student will have their own 12” flatlap grinder to work on . Students will have the opportunity to make three or four pendants, of several different shapes. A great introduction to coldworked glass techniques. Each student will also have full-time access to a 12” horizontal lap machine.
