CHERYL BARCLAY
CHERYL BARCLAY, a volunteer at EGS, is a native of Oregon, who has lived on a farm
in the Willamette Valley all of her life. Her keen interest in the creative process is nurtured
by a close association with nature and the earth. Interest in the sciences and
the “micro” universe has led her to small format in the form of jewelry and small castings.
She has and continues to explore many mediums, all of which come together
with her love of glass, fused glass in particular. Cheryl has a strong desire to share her
enthusiam for “solidified light” with others.
